
Martina Pavone is an international strategic advisor with over twenty years of experience in strategic consulting, executive education, and the development of international projects across Europe and the Mediterranean region.
Throughout her career, she has worked with public institutions, international organizations, private companies, and civil society actors, supporting processes of strategic development, international cooperation, and institutional positioning in complex and multicultural environments.
Her work focuses in particular on the systemic architecture of projects, cultural diplomacy, and the development of collaborative initiatives across Europe, the Mediterranean, and international contexts, through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates strategy, negotiation, and institutional relations. She also provides business optimization consulting, commercial advisory, and proactive investment consulting at a global and international level, supporting Italian and Turkish companies and individuals in their development, expansion, and market positioning processes.
For more than twenty years she has been active in the fields of training and consulting, designing and delivering executive programs and advisory projects for public and private organizations across Europe and the Mediterranean.
Since 2016 she has been collaborating with LUISS Business School as a lecturer and trainer on topics related to negotiation, leadership, and the development of human competencies within complex organizational environments. She has also collaborated with several international platforms and institutions in the fields of innovation and education, including Talent Garden.
She is General Manager of UNIECAMPUS TR, the Turkish branch of the Italian eCampus University, where she coordinates academic and professional projects between Italy and Türkiye. She also serves as an advisor for Diagenics Global.
Alongside her consulting and educational activities, she has over twenty years of experience in the governance and management of civil society and non-profit organizations. She currently serves as President of Circolo Roma Istanbul, a historic institution of the Italian community in Türkiye dedicated to cultural promotion and strengthening relations between Italy and Türkiye.
She is also the creator of the Humana Method, an interdisciplinary approach oriented toward the regenerative development of human systems, integrating leadership, cultural diplomacy, negotiation, and organizational transformation. The method is grounded in the vision of shaping the future through practices of collaboration, learning, and systemic design.
Since 2013 she has been operating between Istanbul and several European contexts, working on strategic advisory projects, international cooperation initiatives, and the development of institutional relations between Europe and the Mediterranean region.
