Csl. Att.Batuhan Bulut LL.M.

Att. Batuhan Bulut was born on 22 April 1991 in Tekirdağ. After completing his primary, secondary, and high school education in Tekirdağ, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Istanbul University in 2009 and graduated in 2013. During his studies, he completed a studentinternship in 2012 within the Legal Department of Zorlu Holding. Following his graduation, he undertook his legal traineeship at Postacıoğlu Law Firm, an internationally operatingpractice. During this period, he reviewed numerous case files and expert reports, and preparedlegal statements and petitions. Upon completion of his traineeship, he continued to work at the same firm as an attorney until March 2018.

As of March 2018, he has been practicing as an independent attorney, having established his own law office. In September 2020, he completed his LL.M. in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. He authored a master’s thesis entitled “The Lien Right of the Lessor,” whichwas subsequently published as a book. He is currently actively engaged in the resolution of disputes primarily in the fields of lease law, real estate law, condominium law, law of obligations, and commercial law. In addition, he contributes as a guest lecturer to courses on “Advertising Law” at the faculties of communication of Istanbul Commerce University, Istanbul Kent University, and Fenerbahçe University.
