Attorney Mert Ali Bulut, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, is a graduate of the Galileo Galilei Italian High School. He completed his undergraduate studies with a double major in Law and European Union Relations at Istanbul Bilgi University. He also earned a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the same university with a thesis titled “Construction Creditors’ Mortgage Within the Scope of the Contract for Work.”

He plays an active role in legal consultancy and litigation processes for Italian and Turkish companies and institutions. His areas of expertise include Corporate Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Real Estate Law.
